In accordance with the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 and its implementing regulation, True North Healthcare does not directly or through contractual or other arrangements, exclude, deny benefits to or otherwise discriminate against any person on the basis of age. In accordance with section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, True North Healthcare will not directly or through contractual or other arrangements discriminate on the basis of handicap (mental or physical) regarding admission, access, treatment or employment. In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and its implementing regulation, True North Healthcare will directly or through contractual or other arrangement admit and treat a person without regard to race, color, creed, sex, cultural background, religious beliefs or national origin, sexual orientation, marital status, status regarding public assistance, or veteran status, or on the basis of disability or age in admission to, participation, or receipt of the services and benefits under any of its programs and activities, whether carried out by True North Healthcare and without discrimination in regards to the delivery of services and benefits, including assignments of transfer within facilities and arranges to carry out its programs and activities.
