Recipients of the Services

• Have medical conditions with a life expectancy of six months or less, if the illness runs its normal course

• Live within geographic areas served by the Hospice

• Agree to palliation (control) of symptoms and not cure of illness

 

Recipients of the Service:

• Medicare Part A

• Medicaid/AHCCCS

• HMO’s/PPO’s

• Private Payers
